  • No AI knowledge neededWe deliver ready-made workflows, document everything in both German and English and train the relevant people in short sessions.
  • No new softwareWe build on what you already use: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, your industry software.
  • Human in the loopWe agree in advance what the AI decides on its own and where a member of staff has to give approval. Every agent runs with logging and an escalation path.
