Process automation

Processes,
automated

We take a process apart, measure where the time goes and automate the steps that need no decision: transferring data, filing documents, generating notices, monitoring deadlines.

01 · At a glance

No more work that repeats itself every day

  • Data is transferred automatically
  • Lists keep themselves up to date
  • No more copying between programs
  • More time for what matters

02 · Tools

What we work with

As our automation platform we mainly rely on n8n. We connect the tools where your data already lives, such as Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Calendar or Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and Outlook.

03 · For example

What this looks like in practice

Doing the same tasks by hand every day costs hours and lets errors creep in. We find these time sinks in your workflows and automate them, so your team can focus on what matters.

  • Incoming invoices

An invoice arrives by email, the amounts and supplier are read out, and the document ends up in your accounting and in the right folder.

  • New enquiry

A form is filled in: the contact is created, the team is notified, a suggested appointment goes out, and the confirmation follows automatically.

  • Weekly report

Figures from SharePoint or Drive are compiled every Friday and sent out as a finished report.

05 · Common questions

Questions about process automation

Which processes are worth automating first?

The ones that happen often and need no decision. In the initial consultation we measure where the time goes and start there, instead of tackling everything at once.

What happens if a step goes wrong?

The process stops and reports the problem, instead of quietly carrying on with errors. For critical points we agree in advance who gets notified.

How long does implementation take?

A first workflow is usually up and running within a few weeks. Larger setups take correspondingly longer, depending on scope and interfaces.

06 · Data protection

Hosting in Germany

All components run with German providers or, for sensitive data, with local language models on your own hardware. We sign a data processing agreement on request.
